About the RoleAs an IT Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure.
You'll work hands-on with a variety of devices, from older serial devices to modern equipment, industrial label printers, and WIFI networks.
Your expertise in .NET and/or VBA development will allow you to develop custom solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and troubleshoot serial devices, ensuring seamless integration across IT systems.Work with industrial label printers and applicators, performing maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.Set up and maintain WIFI networks, optimizing connectivity and ensuring security.Develop and enhance applications in .NET and/or VBA, tailored to meet specific business needs.Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain smooth operations.Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows through Microsoft Office applications.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience with serial devices and industrial label printers.Strong understanding of WIFI network setup and management.Proficiency in .NET and/or VBA application development.Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Whats on OfferCareer Progression: Opportunities for ongoing development and growth.Competitive Remuneration: A package that values your expertise.Travel Opportunities: Potential for travel to other group locations.Mentorship: Work under the guidance of experienced leaders in a supportive environment.Desirable Experience:
