We are looking for an experienced IT Technician who not only possesses a solid foundation in information technology but also brings expertise in electrical or engineering-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a range of devices from older serial devices up to modern equipment, familiarity with industrial label printers and applicators, a working knowledge of WIFI networks, and proficiency in .NET and/or VBA application development.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot serial devices, ensuring seamless integration within the IT infrastructure.Utilise expertise in Microsoft Office applications to optimize productivity and streamline workflows.Work with industrial label printers and applicators, maintaining and troubleshooting as needed.Implement and maintain WIFI networks, ensuring connectivity and security.Develop and enhance .NET and/or VBA applications to meet specific business needs.Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, addressing issues before they escalate.Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and projects.Qualifications: Proven experience in managing serial devices and industrial label printers/applicators.Strong working knowledge of WIFI networks and related protocols.Proficiency in .NET and/or VBA application development.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU The successful candidate will have:
