The methods of assessing suitability in the recruitment process may vary, including making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.About the Role:Key Responsibilities:Testing and quality assurance: Develop and execute test plans for SharePoint-related changes, ICT projects, and concurrent work packages, including system, integration, load, and performance testing; prepare documentation such as test cases, traceability matrices, summary reports, and defect registers.Testing methodology implementation: Collaborate with management to establish and implement in-house testing methodologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Change management: Prepare, create and manage change release requests and processes, as well as actioning change tasks to resolution.SharePoint administration: Support and maintain SharePoint on-premises farms and SharePoint Online, including services such as search, managed metadata, web applications, and databases; administer users, permissions, and solution deployments using ITSM practices.System management: Support the maintenance and decommissioning of websites, farms, servers, and network configurations within WDP.Monitoring and troubleshooting: Review and support monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, SCOM, Splunk), and offer guidance with troubleshooting SharePoint site and custom application issues with thorough incident resolution.Assist the management team with delivering future web hosting platforms.Documentation: Prepare and maintain key test documentation (e.g., test plans, weekly status reports), manage test estimates.Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, web accessibility experts, and both technical and non-technical teams to develop web solutions that align with mandatory standards and guidelines; escalate risks and issues as necessary.About You:Experience administering SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online.Experience with ServiceNow, including creating, managing, and submitting changes, universal requests, and incidents related to SharePoint farms and websites.Experience with team job request queue management.Experience in the utilization of dashboard reporting platforms, e.g., Google Analytics, Dynatrace, PowerBI, Splunk.Undertake specific or ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing practices and digital production quality.Actively foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and performance management within the team.Please view the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.Interested?
