The Role: Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and manage robust and secure systems infrastructure.Participate in planning and executing IT projects, from initial analysis to deployment and ongoing support.Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to maintain system uptime and efficiency.Manage user accounts, access controls, and system security configurations.Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on system-related issues.Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices to continuously improve the systems environment.What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong understanding of server administration, operating systems (Windows & Linux preferred), and storage solutions.Experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).A passion for problem-solving and a meticulous approach to ensuring system stability and security.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
