Your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of desktop hardware, email systems, business software, managing third party vendors and other essential IT provisions across the business globally, which is critical for day-to-day operations.You will also lead efforts to ensure HammerTech's attainment and maintenance of various compliance, accreditation, and governance standards that are mission critical elements to HammerTech.By effectively managing these functions, you'll facilitate seamless integration, optimise for operational efficiency, and empower teams to harness technology for organisational growth and competitiveness.ResponsibilitiesOversee IT infrastructure, IT provisioning/enablement (hardware/emails) and IT systemsManage hardware procurement, deployment, and maintenanceEnsure the reliability and security of email systems and other IT provisionsLead the attainment and maintenance of HammerTech's responsibilities under international governance and accreditation standards like ISO9001, ISO27001 and SOC2.Lead initiatives to optimise IT processes and streamline workflows, as appropriateImplement best practices across the organisation and enhance operational efficiency, as appropriateDevelop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and protocols, in collaboration with Technology & Corporate ServicesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsMonitor and respond to security incidents, breaches, and threatsOther duties as required from time to timeAre you a good fit?
