To maintain and develop system compliance of all IT processes and security, ensuring the improvement and general development of the IT systems which support these processes and ensure compliance with DWF standards.
To work with other teams within the company support network of Central Services, to deliver a consistent high level of service of the JML (joiners, movers & leavers) processes and system compliance.
ResponsibilitiesWork with IT Systems Compliance Lead to manage and develop administration and compliance of IT processes.Review the automation portal and HR System before finalising the creation of the full Joiners account within Active Directory in accordance with process guidelines.Maintain the creation and removal of distribution groups/shared mailboxes within Active Directory when necessary.Manage workload within the IT call logging system Manage Engine within agreed department SLA's, ensuring licenses are maintained for software and services for Office 365.Work with IT Systems Compliance Lead to further develop the JML process where required.What will help you succeed in this role?Accuracy and attention to detail.Organisational skills and a good knowledge of MS Excel is essential.A good level of IT knowledge is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.Excellent organisational and time management skills with experience of meeting SLA/KPI targets and deadlines.Detail-oriented with a significant emphasis on quality of work.Ability to act on own initiative but be aware when to escalate matters when appropriate.Flexible approach to working hours and strict timeframes.High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and conflicts.What we offerWe are committed to ensuring that each member of our team feels valued and duly rewarded during their time at DWF.
