About the Role The IT Systems Analyst (full-time based in Wagga Wagga), is a multi-disciplined role that encompasses elements of Software Support, End-User Documentation and Training, and Project Management. The IT Systems Analyst(s) works closely and collaboratively with all MSP Photography Staff and Franchises to support and enhance existing systems and processes across the business, as well as developing and implementing new products, offerings and innovations.
Key Responsibilities Provide process, system and software support to individuals or user groups Utilise and maintain the helpdesk system, to track all IT related requests, incidents and problems Production of high-quality documents, manuals and communication relevant to systems, projects and business activities as required Work closely with business users, analysing their existing work practices through systematic process mapping, identifying solutions to business needs, and opportunities for system and process improvement Develop high quality functional specifications for new system features and process improvement, communicating across a diverse group of project stakeholders and resources as required Development and execution of test plans and test scenarios for projects, enhancements and software upgrades Manage the post implementation support framework for end users and provide a high level of support to end users post implementation Key Attributes Excellent communication skills, relationship management, and time management skills Strong organisational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Strategic thinking in combination with a decisive nature, capable of delivering quick solutions Customer and goal focused Flexibility to work independently or in teams as required How to Apply Please apply in SEEK, submitting your resume along with a covering letter addressing criteria.
