Role Summary IT at Extractas Bioscience comprises a small team of experienced individuals, with advanced skills in highly diverse areas.
We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Analyst seeking to improve themselves, our business and the lives of those patients who consume our products to perform advanced, specialised IT work, focused on managing and administering financial applications, analytics and database reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Provide primary support and administration for Extractas business systems (particularly our financial systems).Serve as a technical expert for IT applications and systems, providing guidance, direction and support for IT activities and projects.Participate in developing strategic plans for systems development and modifications within area of expertise.Consolidate/remove legacy applications/systems to reduce cost and embrace new technologies.Maintain high IT systems' compliance by adhering to all procedures and regulatory guidelines.Provide technical and functional supervision of contractors/vendors as required.Provide out of hours IT support as required.Share Service Desk/end user support with other IT team members.About You We are interested in hearing from IT professionals with proven skills in business analysis, motivated to work under our "work smarter" philosophy.
You will have a continual focus on improving the quality of our IT systems and services and be committed towards maintaining the standards of a strong compliance framework as part of our operations within a regulated industry.
Specific qualifications, experience and abilities will include:
Business Analyst background/experience.Essential 2+ years administering financial business systems (SAP Business One experience desirable but not essential).Essential 2+ years' experience in managing/administering MS SQL Server & Azure SQL Server.Essential 2+ years' experience in IT Reporting & Analytics (SSRS and PowerBI).Experience with administering manufacturing, laboratory or other business applications.Previous experience in providing IT support in a medium-sized business.Experience in IT project management.IT configuration management.Knowledge/skills in ITIL.Experience writing documentation.Experience with, or the aptitude to learn basic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Computer Systems Validation.In addition, you will be a strong communicator, energetic and enthusiastic, a team player with the ability and willingness to assist others and the ability to work autonomously.
