The Opportunity
Due to career advancement, we are currently looking to secure an IT Systems Analyst to join the business on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting to the Applications Manager, the Systems Analyst will join the IT team that will work across both the Victorian business as well as support the Australian Head Office team based in Sydney. The core function of this position is to ensure the reliability and performance of existing business applications as well as support a pipeline of projects and enhancements. This is a highly visible role that will interact with people throughout the organisation.
Some of the key tasks include:
Provide Support for applications, including the ERP to ensure reliability & functionality.Consult with the End User community to identify opportunities for system enhancements.Assist with data mapping and perform data migration duties.Perform security audits to ensure system & data integrity.Oversee the transfer of data between systems, including data integrations utilising SQL, SSIS / SSRS & API's.Utilise the BPMS software for internal automation projects.Create system documentation including SOP's for workflow and process mapping as well as training manuals.Participate in IT Projects such as new implementations and upgrades.
Your Background
You will hold a recognised IT qualification or Degree, or be working towards finalising one.Will have prior experience supporting business applications including an ERP system.You can work with databases where you have performed SQL queries and have had exposure to SSIS / SSRS.Will be on the upward curve in your career and looking for career advancement opportunities.Having a 'Can Do' attitude and a willingness to learn will ensure your long term success in this impressive company.
