Opportunities: Base Salary: $80,000 - 85,000 + SuperannuationFull-Time - Office Based7-minute walk from Wynyard Station and Barangaroo StationCareer growthElite training program and support Essential requirements Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related discipline including relevant industry certifications.Demonstrated and proven experience in a similar role (Level 2 Desktop Support)ITIL Foundation certificate.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical members.Strong technical proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems.Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Autopilot, and Intune.Demonstrated problem-solving, incident management, and request fulfillment experience, and the ability to perform well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.Hands-on experience scripting and automation using Windows PowerShell and GAM.Proven experience in managing a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) environment, coupled with a strong grasp of security best practices. About the role: We're looking for a talented and motivated IT Systems Support Specialist to join our IT team and play a crucial role responsible for developing and enhancing existing IT service standards to ensure consistency of quality services to the business.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver level 1 and level 2 technical support to internal staff, both remotely and in person.Maintain comprehensive IT support services by efficiently logging and tracking incidents and service requests. Ensure timely resolution and follow-up to enhance user satisfaction and system reliability.Efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Implement proactive measures to prevent future problems and maintain optimal system performance.Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a seamless transition experience. This includes setting up and configuring necessary accounts and equipment, providing orientation and training, and managing the return of company assets.Develop, maintain, and regularly update comprehensive IT documentation to facilitate effective knowledge transfer. This includes creating detailed guides, manuals, and FAQs to support staff in understanding and utilizing IT systems and processes.Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications.Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room audio-visual devices.
