About the role: Morphettville is seeking a dynamic IT Systems Lead who will play a key role in maintaining and supporting its IT systems and infrastructure.
This position will involve managing IT requirements, overseeing IT project management, providing expert guidance and acting as the primary liaison between Morphettville and external IT vendors to ensure seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Assist in developing an IT strategy aligned with Morphettville's long-term objectives and collaborate with various business units on future IT needs.
Lead integration efforts across disparate systems and oversee new software/hardware implementations.
Support in business data integrity, develop disaster recovery plans, monitor cyber security measures, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities.
Provide technical support, manage user accounts, and educate staff on IT best practices.
Lead IT projects, manage external vendor relationships, and oversee budget planning for IT resources.
Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities for enhancing system performance and user experience.
About you: To be successful in this role you will possess the following: Proven experience in IT helpdesk support and troubleshooting across various systems, level 1-3 troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of large database systems, having working knowledge of Momentus is advantageous.
Experience in managing Microsoft 365/cloud environments.
Strong analytical skills, organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in SQL, crystal report writing, and website maintenance (Word Press or similar).
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
