It System Analyst

As an IT System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems and solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that IT systems are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system analysis, design, and implementation, with expertise in IT service management, system integration, and technical writing.
Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in IT system analysis, design, and implementationStrong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITILExperience with system integration, including API design and developmentExperience with technical writing, including system design documents, technical specifications, and user manualsKnowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS or AzureExperience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.Level of security clearance and location of contractor to be mentioned in CVDesired Attributes and Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders and IT teamsStrong understanding of business operations and processesExperience with process improvement and implementation of new systems and toolsCertification in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation, is a plusExperience Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence conceptsKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Ansible, or PuppetFamiliarity with security and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSSCertification in software development, such as AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer AssociateExperience with project management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologiesKey Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet business needsDesign and implement IT systems and solutions, including hardware, software, and network componentsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutionsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and user manualsConduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that IT systems meet business requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, including hardware, software, and network problemsCollaborate with IT teams to ensure that IT systems are properly deployed, monitored, and maintainedStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT system analysis and designParticipate in IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management #J-18808-Ljbffr
