What you will do: SaaS System Administration: Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning, security and compliance, configuration and customisation, maintenance and updates, support and troubleshooting, backup and recovery, vendor management, user training and documentation, reporting and analytics.Scripting and Automation: Perform ad-hoc coding (or low/no-coding) and integrate with APIs to improve how systems interact cohesively.On-premise Infrastructure: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers in on-premises environments, ensuring security and efficiency. Maintain and monitor the company's LAN, WAN, and corporate VPN networks for maximum uptime and performance.System Security: Coordinate with the Security Team to implement measures protecting data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
