The key focus of this role is to act as an escalation point to the IT team as well as maintaining the group's server and network infrastructure including providing Citrix server support. More specifically, you will:
Triaging and managing the resolution of Citrix related and level 3 incidents and service requests by providing excellent technical assistance and customer service to all employeesAiding in the installation and configuration of server and infrastructure hardware, software and related systemsEscalation of issues to external technology partners as required, whilst maintaining ownership of assigned incidents and service requestsBe involved in preparation and make recommendations of capital replacements and systems improvements to managementSystem Administration of Server and Network environmentsAbout you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
A minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role within a Service Desk environmentExperience with installing, upgrading and maintaining a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environment and NetScalers (ADCs).An understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystemWindows Domain and Active directory experienceGood problem-solving techniques with the ability to clearly communicate technical instructions remotelyInterested? The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening and depending on the inherent requirements of the role, may involve the completion of a National Police Check and pre-employment medical.
