Experience :
1. 3 - 5 years of experience in system administration or similar
2. Engineering Graduates. Required certification - MCSE, ITIL
Skills Required :
1. Good Communication skills
2. Desktop/ laptop support
3. End User computing Support
4. Windows desktop OS expert level knowledge
5. L1 Level knowledge of Linux (Oracle, Ubuntu)
6. 365 Administration
7. Basic Network Support and Troubleshooting
8. Knowledge on DHCP, DNS, AD
9. Exposure with AWS/ Azure
10. Documentation
Responsibilities :
1. End user System Administration
2. Performance monitoring and optimization of desktops and laptops
3. Remote User management of desktop/ Laptop related issues and coordination with End users.
4. Maintenance of AV/ DLP. Make sure the end user systems are updated with latest security patches.
5. Application Support and troubleshooting.
6. Hyper V administration and consolidation
7. Help desk monitoring
8. Asset Management
9. Software license management and compliance
10. Should be willing to work in shifts
