Reporting into the Director of Business Services, this role will provide frontline IT platform, hardware and software support to employees globally, and work alongside industry experts, leveraging IT service providers to maximise employee efficiency and improve overall IT service operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring maximum productivity of global staff in their use of PC's, mobile devices and end-user softwareTroubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, over the phone and in personProviding first level support of other IT services including print, video conferencing, telephony, network & remote accessParticipating in knowledge sharing and advice to the wider user communityEffective engagement with 3rd parties to optimise outcomesOverseeing IT-related processes associated with employee on & off-boardingContributing to technology-related projectsEnhancing cyber security awarenessPerforming other IT duties as directedQualifications, Experience and StrengthsWe are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person with excellent verbal and written communication skills who is able to deliver great customer service with an attitude of willing to please and succeed. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to work alone on tasks in a proactive manner and be excited by technological change, and willingness to learn new technologies.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, experience, and strengths:
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or related fieldPrevious experience working with a variety of IT hardware and software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite and 365Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skillsKnowledge of Microsoft SharePoint & Teams, Microsoft Azure & Active DirectoryUnderstanding of network & virtual server environments, and cyber-security threats & preventative measuresPrevious experience providing remote technical support and working as part of a helpdesk will be highly regardedHow to ApplyWe pride ourselves on having a supportive New Forests culture that is inclusive to all and we would love to learn how you can bring your unique skills and experience to our business.
