The opportunity Applications are currently invited for this great opportunity to join our high performing IT team as an IT Support Technician.
Reporting to the Director of ICT, your main focus will be to undertake troubleshooting and support end users with issues they may be experiencing. In addition to this, you will also play a key role in incident management, troubleshooting small networks, creating and troubleshooting user accounts, setting up audio visual equipment for events, and other related tasks to ensure the effective running of the School's technology infrastructure.
To be successful you will require: Demonstrated experience in a service desk environment in a Tier 1/Level 1-2 capacity managing incidents and service requests through a ticketing system and/or experience with onsite technical support in a similar role.Tertiary qualification (Degree or TAFE) in a relevant discipline.Microsoft Certified (Windows 10 or Server) preferred.CompTIA A+ or similar Certification preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and translate business requirements to technology solutions.A current Working with Children Check is essential for this position.
