On behalf of our client, we are advertising. SAFERIGHT PTY LTD are looking for a IT Support Specialist (Systems and Network) to join their team across multiple Saferight sites on a full-time basis.
The IT Support Specialist will oversee the organization's computer systems and network infrastructure across multiple Saferight sites. This includes ensuring optimal performance, security, and backup of critical systems. This role is essential for supporting integrated hardware, software, and applications vital to the academy's operations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze, develop, and evaluate system design specifications and data models to support efficient system configuration, integration, and data security.Oversee Office 365, Windows Server (Active Directory, file server, DHCP, print server), ensuring that systems align with business needs.Monitor, analyze, and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple sites, including internet, intranet, and VPN services.Install, configure, test, and maintain servers, database applications, and workstations to support network performance and business operations.Administer and support RTO applications (Axcelerate, PowerPro) and LMS (Moodle) to ensure consistent performance and user accessibility.Implement and manage regular backup procedures, ensuring that critical data is securely stored and recoverable in case of data loss or disaster.Periodically test backup systems and maintain detailed documentation of backup processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with best practices.Provide specialist support in diagnosing and resolving network-related issues, including monitoring network traffic, assessing performance, and managing network security.Handle emergencies, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV systems and IP telephony to ensure consistent communication.Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for network inventory, backup schedules, network faults, enhancements, and maintenance instructions.Maintain records of system and network upgrades, as well as resolutions of issues, ensuring documentation supports compliance and operational continuity.Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Extensive experience in systems and network support, with proven skills in network architecture and Windows Server management.Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and backup systems management.Familiarity with RTO applications, LMS platforms, and IP telephony systems.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Salary range : AUD 85,000 to 110,000 Per year
