Our client is seeking dedicated IT Support Specialists to provide operational and technical support across all business areas and technologies. This role involves logging and managing incidents, service, and access requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining ownership over tickets until issues are resolved.
Your new role

In this role you will provide technical support to staff across the business including in the office as well as in the field operational staff. You will deploy, troubleshoot and support corporate desktop hardware, mobile devices, and software. You will also deliver system support, including user access provisioning and email configuration.
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years proven, recent experience in IT support, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, as well as familiarity with infrastructure support procedures and tools.
You must have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
