IGT Australia provides a range of gaming products, systems and services to the Club, Hotel and Casino industries.
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Specialist to work with and support our IT Asset Management & Client Services teams.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall Objective and Purpose:
Imaging, installation and support of the hardware and software infrastructure, teleconferencing, mobile devices and peripherals.
Image microcomputers along with troubleshoot PC hardware / software issues. Provides accurate, timely and creative solutions to end user computer and basic network problems to ensure client productivity. Basic understanding of teleconferencing video support including but not limited Microsoft Hubs, MS Teams, mobile applications. Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or travel (locally or regionally) to the clients' locations to resolve problems using advanced troubleshooting and technical skills. Perform adhoc analysis, schedules, reporting, and administrative tasks. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements:
Must be proficient in microcomputer based operating systems (Windows / Apple) and applications (particularly O365, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers. Basic knowledge of desktop support and database operating systems.
