About You: We are seeking a suitably qualified IT Officer to work one day a fortnight. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with an ability to work collaboratively with staff and students. Our school is moving across to use primarily Apple devices, with some administration Windows devices. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for service desk management, including triaging, resolving, and if need be, escalation of issuesDiagnose and resolve ICT incidents and issues within a timely mannerContribute to the continuous improvement of ICT servicesProvide technical advice regarding ICT hardware and software/servicesAssist with preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and the onboarding/offboarding of staff and studentsEnsuring compliance with Brisbane Catholic Education guidelinesTo be eligible for this role, you will: Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencementBe eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointmentHave a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic EducationNote: Applications for this role may be considered as they are received, and an appointment made prior to the advertised close date.
