Details of the offer

Southern Stay is a NDIS registered, not for profit, disability service organisation that provides a range of services to people with a disability and their families throughout South-West Victoria. Services are provided to over 800 people by a professional workforce of 300 employees.

This role will support the CFO in providing IT support services to the organisation which includes strategic IT planning, access management, information management, project management, business analysis, technology support, application maintenance & development, cyber security, mobility, audio visual, telecommunications and network and server infrastructure services. The role is supported by an External Service provider for support and services.

Southern Stay operates in Warrnambool, Hamilton and Portland. Travel between locations is required on a regular basis.



Bachelor level qualification in IT or related discipline and relevant experience, or lesser qualifications with substantial experience


Experience providing service desk operations in a Windows networked environment including intermediate networking skills (Routing/switching/wireless) and backup solutions


Substantial experience using Microsoft Office products
