The College is seeking a full-time IT Support Officer with a particular passion to support Apple and device management to start immediately. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, be customer-focused and enjoy problem solving in a team environment. This role will support staff and students across both our College campuses.
You are an ideal candidate if you: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Have specific knowledge and experience in supporting Apple iOS and OSX operating systems. Have specific knowledge and experience in MDM solutions (Intune and JamF). Have strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications. Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including the talent to clarify technical terminology to non-experts in IT. Have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Enjoy working in a team environment. Have a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education. Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College's programs and opportunities.
