Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Sydney CBD (Onsite, 5 Days a Week)
MARS are seeking an IT Support Officer to join a dynamic team in Sydney CBD. This is a client-facing role that requires a hands-on approach, providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be present in the office 5 days a week to support users onsite.
About the Role:
As the IT Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' technology systems, providing prompt and efficient support to internal staff. You will also work closely with external tech vendors, managing both hardware and software to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for end-user devices including laptops, desktops, and mobiles.Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues both onsite and remotely.Maintain system security, performance, and ensure systems are up to date.Assist in project delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless tech operations.Key Requirements: At least 1+ year of experience working with Microsoft systems.Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach.Knowledge of Microsoft, Citrix, and VMWare is highly desirable.A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.Must be a strong communicator.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and delivering high-quality IT support.
