About This RoleDue to internal growth and promotion within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a full time permanent Level 1 IT Support Officer to become part of our dynamic and expanding team situated in our Newstead Head Office in Brisbane.This role will report to the Service Desk Team Leader and will require you to be at the heart of our busy inbound service desk team providing support to internal staff.
Your focus will be on delivering Level 1 technical support, where your exceptional customer service and soft skills are key to excelling in this role.Additionally, this role will be responsible for:Responding and resolving tickets assigned through our ticket management system.Assisting internal staff with face-to-face queries within the office environment.Ensuring escalations are correctly documented before moving the ticket to the right team.Handling sensitive information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
