It Support Officer

Peoplebank are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Officer for their Federal Government client, based in Adelaide.
You MUST be an Australian Citizen to be eligible, with an existing baseline security clearance or higher (NV1), a bonus.
To be suitable for this role, you will have 3-5+ years of relevant IT Support experience (a mixture of Level 1 service desk and Level 2 desktop support would be ideal), with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
The IT Support Officer will perform a range of IT duties to support internal users across multiple Adelaide CBD offices.
Responsibilities:Provide support for the IT Service Desk in Level 1 operations.Perform diagnostics for resolution of operating systems, software, and applications.Multimedia file and content editing: both Audio & Video.Perform routine checks of Server Room Infrastructure and report findings.You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of hardware, including:
