IT Support Officer Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight $81,192 - $86,349 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 3) + Superannuation Location – Rockhampton Your new role Are you an IT professional with experience providing solutions to software, hardware and network related problems? Council is seeking a dynamic, customer focussed individual to join their Information Technology Services Team. Using your technical knowledge you will troubleshoot issues and provide exceptional service to all clients. You will work closely within a team environment and ensure Council's systems are implemented and maintained at all times. It is an ongoing condition of employment for this position to meet the necessary requirements to qualify for an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC) which includes Australian Citizenship and Police Background Checks (arranged by Council). Good time management and organisation skills, the ability to effectively manage email queues, phone requests and on-site support while maintaining excellent customer service.
