A National Law Firm requires a Level 1/2 IT Support Officer for a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity commencing ASAP, to be based in Melbourne CBD, with the potential to go permanent.

Your new role In this exciting role, you will be:
Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support for 350 - 400 employees.Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and bespoke applications.Assisting with IT-related projects.Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.Onboarding new employees and conducting user induction / training.Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience of providing 1st level IT support within a Law Firm.Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune / SCCM and Network troubleshooting.Experience with iManage DMS, Mitel telephony and Citrix is highly advantageous.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.The ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.Prior experience working in the Legal sector.What you'll get in return Working in an organisation where they develop and grow careers, you will be offered a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering an excellent salary package and the potential to become permanent.
