If you're looking to be part of a supportive team within the legal space where your IT expertise will be highly valued, we'd love to hear from you!This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of extension.About the RoleAs an IT Support Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for IT queries within the Melbourne office, providing crucial L1 and some L2 support. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and offboarding staff, managing Service Desk tickets, and delivering top-tier IT support to approximately 450 users across multiple locations, including Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Hobart. Though the IT leadership is primarily based in Sydney, you'll work closely with your peers to ensure seamless IT operations across the firm.Skills & Experience:2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role;1+ years' experience within a law firm or professional services environment;IT qualifications, with a strong preference for experience in legal settings;Solid experience with Microsoft Office Support and Office 365;Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange;Proficiency in iManage or similar document management systems;Experience with SCCM and Intune for re-imaging tasks;Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused service mentality; andStrong troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively.
