It Support Officer

Contract Type: Permanent/Ongoing Position Full Time Applications Close: 5 July 2024 Crossways Lutheran School, Ceduna, is looking for a motivated person to join our growing, supportive and compassionate team. The IT Support Officer will provide the first point of contact for all IT Support requests and issues. Responsibilities include providing general IT support, problem resolution, triaging of support requests, responding to customers in a timely manner and providing IT advise to all Crossways' staff. This will include providing a high level of knowledge, support and advice to all desktop and network ICT users across the organisation.
You will support the maintenance, updating and implementation of IT equipment, hardware, software and relevant registers, telephone and security door systems. To ensure an environment of continuous improvement, you will actively contribute to, develop and implement IT policies and procedures. It would also be beneficial if you have experience in website development.
To be successful in this role, you will: Tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Business Information, Computer Science or a related field and / or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.Previous experience in a similar IT RoleStrong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills, both hardware and softwareExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholdersExperience in delivering strong and responsive customer service in ITSetting up and keeping track of all IT hardware with a turnover planYou will need a current up-to-date Working With Children CheckOn-going professional development will be supported. This is a full time role, however flexibility is offered. Wages will be in accordance with experience and the Lutheran Schools SA Enterprise Agreement 2024.
