Job Description - IT Support Officer (INF00000065) Description: You will be part of a fast-paced and passionate environment focusing on providing IT solutions.
This is a full-time role that plays a pivotal role within our IT team and would be suited to a confident individual that is passionate about providing results and building great customer relationships.
The right candidate will be eager to learn, take joy in problem-solving, and have the ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
The Opportunity: Full time & Permanent | Monday to Friday Provide first-line IT support to staff and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and update hardware and software across the organization.
Support remote workers by troubleshooting VPN, connectivity, and other technical issues.
Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and solutions.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for specialized support and equipment.
Provide training and assistance to employees on IT tools and best practices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights on internal systems.
Assist in IT projects and contribute to improving IT processes and strategies.

Qualifications: Proven experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and troubleshooting tools.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
