The role We currently have an amazing opportunity available for an L1 IT Support Officer / Engineer to join our team and provide support to our managed clients.
To be successful in this role, you will require knowledge and experience in the installation, support, and maintenance of small to medium business networks, cloud services, and an understanding of managed service providers.
Skills & experience Full unrestricted Australian working rights - this is a MUST , and we will not be reviewing applications without this requirement Exceptional written and spoken English Ability to learn rapidly to acquire further experience in the installation, support, maintenance, and administration of Operating Systems, Servers, Databases, and Application Software Experience working with Microsoft Product Range (workstation and server software) Cloud Technologies experience (Microsoft 365, Terminal Services, File-Sync Tools) Previous IT helpdesk experience is preferred What we offer Development - we support our staff and ensure ongoing training and development opportunities are available Mobile phone - for business and personal use Car provided - Company car is provided for client visits, saving you the need to use your own transport How to apply If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we want to hear from you!
