About the role Reporting to the IT Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management, installation and maintenance of all IT systems within Imperial Hotel Gold Coast.
Your key responsibilities include:
Act as a point of contact for all things IT and proactively support our guests and staff with their technology requirements Facilitate resolution of operational issues Providing Desktop Support across different software packages, including G-suite, Office365, Point of Sale Troubleshooting IT-related problems from in-house software to hardware Providing security support and troubleshooting Participating in the staff onboarding and offboarding processes Maintaining company hardware inventory About you Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment Experience setting up and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripheral and mobile devices Able to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues Experience with AV equipment desirable including TVs, projectors and video conferencing The ability to complete projects and reach them within budget and timeframes.
