The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time IT Support Officer to provide technical support and assistance across all sites nationally. The position is based in Adelaide and would be an ideal fit for a dynamic, outcome-focused individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will be part of our small and diverse IT Team.
Responsibilities: Respond to and monitor any queries and support requirements that are allocated through the service desk system.Work with internal users to resolve issues face to face, over the phone, or through remote support tools.Manage user accounts and network security, including on and off boarding staff.Provide general IT hardware maintenance, application support and network fault investigation.Provision end user devices such as workstations, mobile devices, VoIP phones, printers, etc.Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and perform tasks such as patching, updating, and testing.Participating in project preparation and assisting staff during rollouts.Working with 3rd party suppliers to resolve issues.Produce and update knowledge base documentation.Ad-hoc after hours work and inter-site travel as required.When you apply for this position, you must include in your email or cover letter "I want to work at Peter Kittle!" Our ideal candidate will possess: A broad IT skill set with a passion for techExcellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and provide high levels of communication to end users.Practical experience providing IT support and assistance in a multi-site organisation.Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to develop positive internal and external relationships.Experience with Office 365, and Microsoft product suite.Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems.Knowledge of Windows Server Services, Active Directory, DHCP & DNS.A quick learner who is eager to develop their IT skills.Ability to work remotely & autonomously as well as a member of the team.Basic experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualisation technologies and cloud-based solutions.Experience with networking, configuring firewalls and switches is desirable but not essential.Understanding of RDS environments.Interested?
