About the role As part of our growth within the region, we are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our Mount Gambier team.
This is a full time, permanent day shift position where your skills and work ethic will be rewarded with competitive terms and conditions of employment.
Responsibilities include: Ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT services.Regularly monitoring IT infrastructure.Support of desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams including hardware, software, networks, server, print, mobile devices, peripherals, etc.Providing technical support to the business and internal stakeholders.Supporting and managing the deployment of IT infrastructure.Administration, configuration, support and management of existing infrastructure and network.About you: To be considered for this position, you will have:
At least 2 years' experience in an IT support role, including administration configuration within a Microsoft environment.Strong organisational skills with the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities.A methodical approach to tasks with high attention to detail.An ability to work independently as well as to actively participate in and effectively contribute to a team environment.A solution focused approach to troubleshooting.Networking and routing knowledge.Knowledge/experience in VoIP, Firewall, Enterprise WIFI and virtualisation would be highly desirable.As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.
