About the role The IT Support Manager is a critical new hire within our new look Technology department, as we build up our internal capability and capacity to support our business now, and in the future.
Reporting to the CTO, you will take the lead on the technology infrastructure and day to day support and maintenance across our portfolio of sites.
It is critical you have prior experience in leading within a service desk environment, with a strong focus on support and proactive engagement with a large and geographically dispersed workforce.
This role requires you to lead your team of IT Support staff by example, being visible and helpful on site and willing to get hands on with network and hardware projects or issues, while also working on the bigger picture and strategy.
Experience in the retail or hospitality sector would be advantageous, but mindset and cultural fit is infinitely more important than that.
