Do you have excellent customer service skills combined with a strong background in tech troubleshooting? We are looking for an experienced IT Support Professional (Level 1-2) for a 6 month contract with a large financial institution headquartered in Newcastle, utilizing the latest technologies to serve over half a million Australians.
With a workforce of more than 1,500 people, they are dedicated to providing top-notch service and innovative solutions.
This is a technical and customer-focused role, where you will utilize your hands-on experience in ServiceNow, Active Directory, and 365 apps to support users currently undergoing a domain migration.
What You BringBachelor's or Master's of Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (or other related relevant degree).A background in customer service with proven skills in tech troubleshooting.Supportive team player with a clear, positive communication style.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency.Currently based in Newcastle, NSW.How To ApplyThis role is being recruited by NewyTechPeople.
