You will be supporting a passionate and ever-growing customer base and be the go-to person for all in-house technical needs.Be part of an energetic and committed team to help support expansion across Australasia.Location: Brisbane, AustraliaIT SupportApply nowHelp Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)Employment Type: Full timeThe role will involve the following responsibilities:Support customers through the helpdesk with all technical queries.Maintain all office hardware and software and provide network support.Work with the development team to ensure customer bug reports are fixed.Ensure solutions for customers are implemented and supported.Support Sales, Marketing, and Coaching staff in the application of the CRM tool (Hubspot).Maintain all company devices, including employee machines and shared devices (e.g., Printer, NAS, WiFi).Support new releases with documentation and FAQs.Assist the on-road staff with any IT queries.
