About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our MCC ANZ team. This role supports IT infrastructure across the region, working closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager to deliver exceptional IT support services. This is a hands-on position with exposure to diverse systems and platforms across MCC sites.
Duties include: Providing technical support for IT project rollouts.Managing regional system backups, server patching, and end-user device maintenance.Maintaining and updating systems, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer, and infrastructure firmware.Monitoring systems and keeping accurate records of infrastructure assets.Assisting in continuous IT systems improvement and providing staff training.Traveling to MCC sites across the region to deliver onsite support.Systems awareness: Hyperconverged Infrastructure, especially HPE SimpliVity.Microsoft 365.Aruba and Cisco Networking.Management Information Systems (MIS).About you Minimum 5 years of similar experience in IT support or systems administration.Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS.Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki preferred), and printer troubleshooting.Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end users.Experience in manufacturing environments is highly regarded.The benefits Competitive remuneration.Local & global career opportunities to develop & build your brilliant career.To help employees thrive at home & at work, we offer an Employee Assistance Program.Regular social events encouraging a fun & friendly environment.Part of an organization that strongly believes in sustainability goals to make a difference to our planet.Apply now Are you interested or know someone who could be?
