Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant nationwide business that right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a great team.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be Providing High-Level support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include: Providing hands-on hardware and software support for Active Directory,
operating system builds from images and t roubleshooting Providing face to face support and occasionally on-field supportManage the tickets raised by the service ticketing systemInstalling, moving, adding, and changing equipment and softwareMaintenance of the Client's NetworkPerforming proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problemsProvide reports as requested by the management or by the customerUse remote software tools to monitor all the devicesSkills we are looking for: Minimum of 1-2 years experience performing level 1/2 supportDetailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office SuiteDetailed knowledge of various desktop and server operating systemsFriendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners.Well-presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a TeamPossess great written and verbal communication skills.Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.We keep you connected to the best businesses and opportunities in the IT marketplace.
