To be successful in this role, you will have:
Passion for all things technology and constantly aspiring for new ways to improve. 1-2 years or greater of field experience with demonstrated capabilities. Positive approach to customer service with a focus on the client's experience. Adaptable to challenging situations and changing business demands. Passion to learn new and engaging technologies. Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills. Previously attained some form of Industry certification, Microsoft, Cisco or Equivalent tier 1 vendor. What you'll get in return
