It Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities Provide day to day IT support for Daifuku Oceania Group employees and customers globally Document and maintain corporate IT policies License Reporting Manage mobile phones and connections End user stock management for KL, NZ and Australia Assist in identifying alternative solutions for end user licensed programs Exchange Administration - AD, Security Groups, Group Policy, etc Manage shipping for IT staff and site equipment Staff onboarding & offboarding - IT equipment and access Requirements Our ideal candidate should possess a minimum degree in Computer Science or equivalent with up to 3 years of working experience in a similar IT role.
Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience providing remote request and incident support along with problem management Azure & O365 experience Knowledge & SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills A clear understanding of engineering problems, root cause analysis, and potential solutions Good understanding of Microsoft applications & computer systems
