With Amazon returning to 5 days per week in office in Jan 2025, this will be a busy time.

Join our team and help shape the future of IT support at Amazon.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience- 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience- Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.- May require lifting or carrying desktop computers up to 25lbs.- Some on-call responsibilities are required.- Occasional out of office hours required for urgent requests - Weekend, Evenings or Nights.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment- 3+ years of network troubleshooting and support experience- 3+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience- 3+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experiencePosted: December 11, 2024 (Updated 25 days ago)
