As our site lead IT Support Engineer, you will have sole responsibility for delivering end-user support, infrastructure management, and audiovisual assistance for the Brisbane Amazon community.
With Amazon returning to 5 days per week in office in Jan 2025, this will be a busy time.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experienceProven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.May require lifting or carrying desktop computers up to 25lbs.Some on call responsibilities are required.Occasional out of office hours required for urgent requests - Weekend, Evenings or Nights.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment3+ years of network troubleshooting and support experience3+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience3+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experienceAcknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
