About the Role We have an exciting, full-time position available for a Senior IT Support Consultant. In this role, you will provide support to clients, both remote and onsite, be involved with project planning/delivery, and assist other team members. At times this role will be quite challenging but offers you the opportunity to be part of a great team environment and to further your career. With a broad range of clients, you will be exposed to many of the latest technologies and be provided with training along the way. Work from home flexibility is offered.
What We Are Looking For To be part of the team, we are looking for the following:
5+ years experience in a similar role Energetic, passionate, and highly motivated Ability to work independently and unsupervised Friendly with a great sense of humour Experience with the following is essential:
Microsoft Windows 10/11 Microsoft Office Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft 365 Active Directory IP Networking Previous work experience in a Managed Service Provider company Experience in the following would be highly regarded:
Hyper-V HP/Dell hardware Meraki networking/firewalls Cyber security fundamentals A current working with children check is required.
