As an IT Support Analyst, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, making sure our retail operations run smoothly with a touch of technological magic. From helping colleagues troubleshoot pesky computer bugs to assisting customers with their digital dilemmas, you'll be the go-to guru for all things IT-related. This role is responsible for supporting all our 380 Stores, Store Support Centre and Distribution Centre's to assist with trouble shooting our POS and BOS equipment.
