We are searching for an IT Support Analyst to join our award-winning Sime Darby Industrial branch in Rockhampton, QLD in a permanent fulltime position.
Reporting to the Desktop Support Team Lead, the IT Support Analyst's primary responsibility will be to provide quality IT Desktop support services on a daily basis for all Sime Darby Industrial users in conjunction with other IT functions which include providing Application support, Ticket Management and administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.Maintain and support desktop, laptop, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth operations for all end-users.Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.Provide remote and on-site technical assistance and training to end-users as required.Document processes, issues, and solutions clearly and accurately for future reference.Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to implement new technologies and system improvements.About You: The successful applicant will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes:
Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.End-user hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Printers, meeting rooms, configuration, set-up and troubleshooting experience.Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and supportive assistance to non-technical users.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Australian working rights and a valid driver's license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
