Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for field inquiries, offering troubleshooting support and preliminary advice on hardware/software issues and customer requests.Deliver exceptional telephone support to clients, assisting with prompt issue resolution.Troubleshoot and resolve application and hardware problems.Build strong relationships with customers to meet service expectations.Maintain accurate records, manage time effectively, and contribute to team success.Assist in product installations, deployments, and contribute to project documentation.Participate in preventative maintenance schedules and proactive support calls.Occasional travel locally, interstate, and internationally (less frequent).Participate in after-hours remote support on a rotating roster as required.About YouWe're seeking a customer-focused, technically proficient individual with a strong phone manner.
Candidates should have relevant experience and a deep understanding of commercial hardware/software systems.
Essential Skills Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, SQL 2019, HyperV, networking, and internet connectivity.Problem-solving mindset with high initiative.Goal-oriented and able to work independently.Advanced PC literacy, especially in Windows 10/11 and MS Office.Experience supporting remote users.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Fluent in written and spoken English, with Australian residency.Desirable Skills Experience in the ICT healthcare sector.Microsoft SQL proficiency.Certifications in relevant fields.Experience with networks, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.Familiarity with MS Server, Active Directory, HPE server hardware, SAN technologies, and Windows clustering.Exposure to web-based technologies and systems engineering.We're looking for a motivated team player who thrives on delivering quality service and customer satisfaction.
