Clear concepts on DNS and DHCP.Experience of working with OEM's and coordinating support to end users.3 years experience supporting Windows 10, Outlook, Teams/Zoom, Antivirus, Office, VPN, Oracle/SAP, etc.1 year experience in User management on Azure AD/M365, basic admin on SharePoint and Exchange online.1 year support experience on Telephony/Collaboration solutions (Teams, Slack, 8x8, RingCentral) and ACD Solutions.QualificationsAssociates, Bachelor's Degree, technical certification or experience in a related field.Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant work experience.MCSA (Windows 10), ITIL Foundation (optional).Develops materials that are easily understood; effectively responds to impromptu questions and simplifies complex information to ensure understanding.Able to communicate and share technical details with employees across geographies.Nurtures productive working relationships to resolve mutual problems.Ability to work from the Sydney office.
