A global sustainability company located in the Brisbane CBD is seeking a permanent IT Support Analyst to join their growing team. Working primarily onsite, this role will involve delivering technical support to internal stakeholders.
Your new role
From performing a wide variety of troubleshooting to providing outstanding service, some of your day-to-day duties will include:
Responding to and managing incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systemProviding first/second level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issuesAssisting users with issues related to applications, systems, and equipmentTracking and documenting support requests in the ticketing systemWorking closely with the team to address complex issues and contribute to ongoing IT projectsProviding coverage on a rotating roster (9am-5pm and 11am-7pm) as well as being on callWhat you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in the IT field and be motivated to grow with the company. Your key competencies will include:
Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field; or relevant experience1-2 years of experience in an IT support role preferredGood knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common Windows applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsWhat you'll get in return
